Paying online can help balance household budgets

Through SDG&E’s online billing and payment service, bill payments will post either the same or next day.* This special payment option gives your clients the opportunity to:

*Have their payments post immediately rather than waiting several days for checks or other web site payments to post.

*Choose the day and/or amount that they wish to pay.

*Receive email notifications when their next bill is ready to be viewed and paid.

This service from SDG&E is fast, easy, secure – and free. Customers can sign up at and should have their current SDG&E bill and checking account information handy.

* Same day for payments made before 4pm PST; evening of next business day for payments made after 4pm or on weekends and holidays.
  All customer assistance programs, except Neighbor-to-Neighbor, are funded by California utility customers and administered by SDG&E under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission.
