Every year
dozens of children tragically die due to hyperthermia (heat
stroke) after being left unattended in cars, trucks and vans.
The initial
phase of this study will be to monitor the actual temperatures
inside a vehicle under a variety of meteorological circumstances.

four Children's Safety Network Resource Centers funded by the Maternal and Child
