Don't let the misnomer "Indoor Sports" turn you off to this vital and vigorous organization. Back in 1930 a "shut-in" wrote to a radio commentator asking for pen pals. This "shut-in" signed her letter, "An Indoor Sport." The name stuck, but the activities of the members have long since become anything but "shut-in" or "indoor."
