Justice has not been served. The Struttmanns are fighting for new legislation regarding children left unattended in vehicles. |

This article also features opinions of some members of the Missouri House of Representatives that believe leaving a child unattended in a vehicle would already be covered under child endangerment. We disagree with their assessment because no charges were ever filed in Harrison Struttmann’s death. |
