Paratransit in the City of Hayward, San Lorenzo, Castro Valley and Unincorporated Areas |
Service: Provides door-to-door transportation services designed to supplement and complement East Bay Paratransit’s ADA Service.
Hours: Service is available from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm, seven days a week.
Eligibility: Residents of Hayward or adjacent unincorporated areas are eligible if they are over 18 years of age with a medical or disabling condition that prevents use of other public/private transportation. Residents over 80 do not need a medical statement form to be eligible.
Application required: Complete the Non-ADA Paratransit Services Application and mail it to the address above.
