Membership in ECAN is open to those who have an interest in advocating and taking action to enhance the lives of older adults and adults and disabilities in East County.
All members of ECAN are involved individuals and service providers in East County.
You are welcome to attend a general meeting and actively participate in an Action Group of your choice.
