Older adults, adults with disabilities and those who care for them have access to community resources and are able to maintain their purpose, voice and independence, living healthy, safe and fulfilling lives with dignity and respect.
SanDi-Can Steering Committee
The SanDi-Can Steering Committee meets monthly. Its mandate is to set direction for the organization as well as for apporving goals, strategies and subsequent projects.
