How To Make a Donation
Tax deductable donations would greatly assist the Coalition in its "work to save lives." Checks may be made payable to Perry Behavioral Health Choices(the Coalitions fiscal agent) with a notation in the check's memo section that the donation is for the Perry County Suicide Prevention Coalition.
