How To Make a Donation
Tax deductable donations would greatly assist the Coalition in its "work to save lives." Checks may be made payable to Coshocton Behavioral Health Choices(the Coalitions fiscal agent) with a notation in the check's memo section that the donation is for the Coshocton County Suicide Prevention Coalition. Checks should be mailed to Coshocton Behavioral Health Choices, 140 1/2 S. Sixth Street, Coshocton, Ohio 43812.
