It is envision that within the next two years consumer movement infrastructure will grow into one county- wide infrastructure with three regions providing: �� Consumer empowerment and advocacy training �� Strategies for consumer involvement at all levels of planning and implementation of recovery programs to all reachable mental health consumers in Santa Barbara County.
