If so, I can offer a safe place to process these experiences and increase your ability to cope. I prefer a practical psychodynamic approach and frequently use solution focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and rational emotive behavioral therapy. I use homework assignments and psycho-educational techniques when appropriate.
