Terrace Gardens was established in 1989 to provide a home for individuals who are mentally retarded and/or developmentally disabled and to provide each client with respect as a human being and to enhance the quality of life of the clients. Terrace Gardens is funded through Sikeston Regional Office, and all residents must be a client of the Sikeston Regional Office before admission. |
