The three messages the South Region sent to the CNMHC current Board and administration were essentially:
1. Seat our elected Board members from the South Region, and inform them of all CNMHC Board meetings and related events and information.
2. Reaffirm the CNMHC opposition to the implementation of AB 1421 ("Laura's Law") in any and all counties in California now and in the future, and use the voice of the Network and its resources to advocate for choice and freedom and against outpatient commitment.
3. Hold the required membership meeting of the CNMHC within the next 90 days, using the allocated public funds to do so.
People also thought it would be good if other regions in the state would hold member meetings like we did and give their input to the people currently in control of the CNMHC.
